Labour History Group

The Labour History Group shares research and promotes collaboration between economic historians studying workers and labor markets, labor historians, and labor economists. Its members study wages, their formation, bargaining between workers and employers, working conditions, and the development of human capital, among many subjects.

Researchers in any humanities or social science discipline wishing to join the group should email the convenor, Urvi Khaitan (urvi.khaitan@history.ox.ac.uk).

Storici Economici Italiani

Storici Economici Italiani is an informal workshop of graduate students working on Italian economic history. The aim of the group is to share research ideas and to promote cooperation among young scholars interested in Italian economic and social history. In addition to our meetings, we organise public events in cooperation with Italian Studies at Oxford. Researchers working on Italian economic and social history looking for an opportunity to discuss their work in a friendly but rigorous environment are encouraged to write to us at giacomo.gabbuti@sant.ox.ac.uk and marco.molteni@pmb.ox.ac.uk.

ECRs Professional Development Group

The Early Career Researchers Professional Development Group meets monthly in term time for professional training and to present work-in progress, discuss research challenges, and share teaching experiences among graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.
